Q1. When enquiring about a special holiday plan will I have to commit to anything?
A1. No, simply outline what you have in mind and for how many people and we will come back with an overview. You can then decide if you wish us to produce an itinerary and a costing for your approval.

Q2. What areas do you specialise in?
A2. We specialise in providing holiday planning for the Provence and Cote d’Azur areas.

Q3. Will I need insurance for my holiday?
A3. Yes you will need to ensure that you cover all aspects of your holiday for medical, travel and curtailment as you would with any situation. We do not offer financial advice or cover the insurance element.

Q4. If an activity should not be available due to unforeseen circumstances, will you offer any other activities?
A4. In the unlikely event that this should happen we will ensure you have an alternative activity.


HOUSE PURCHASE
Q1. How long will the process take?
A1. Immediately you agree to start the process we'll send you our questionnaire and then we are off.
In our experience it will take three to four weeks to arrange visits to suitable properties. Everything will be kept simple. Tell us what you are looking for, we'll find suitable properties and arrange a visit for you. Costs for this will be kept to a minimum

Q2. What if we change our mind?
A2. Don't worry you have no commitment to us other than the inspection visit. After that you will deal directly with professional Estate Agents and Legal parties.

Q3. Can we ask questions as we go through the process?
A3. Of course - and we'll do our very best to help whenever we can - going forward through the process.

Q4. What happens if you can't find us a property we like?
A4. You will receive a schedule of the properties intended for you to visit on your trip. You can then discard any you don’t like at this stage and we'll then add alternatives. You tell us how long you can visit for and we will arrange an appropriate number of viewings. We cannot guarantee to find you your ideal property however this is the most cost effective and safest way of buying. We are well experienced in the process of buying abroad. You will have the opportunity to re-visit on another occasion should you so wish.

Q5. Do we have to sign an agreement?
A5. Not an agreement as such but a simple document accepting the planned itinerary.


HOUSE SERVICES
Q1. What type of house services do you arrange?
A1. We have a select list of reliable honest people who we can call on to do house sitting, guest meeting and greeting and maintenance, including swimming pools. These services can include laundry services, meals and baby sitting
